We use Zoho software to chat with our customers using the Live Chat widget. Zoho collect details such as email address, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, time zone and operating system. Zoho use the information collected to maintain the quality of the Live Chat widget, improve visitor engagement and for general statistical purposes.

We use a third-party to supply the GriefChat widget, which in turn uses Tawk technology. While using the GriefChat widget, they will collect details such as email address and Internet Protocol (IP) address. GriefChat use the information collected to maintain the quality of the GriefChat widget and improve visitor engagement.
