Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

How do I appoint someone I trust to manage my finances if the unexpected happens and I can’t?

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) allows you to decide now whilst you are capable, to appoint someone as your ‘attorney’ with the authority to manage your property and financial affairs in case you are ever incapable of doing so. This may be a temporary arrangement in the event of illness or an accident or may be used for the longer term. Trust Inheritance will prepare your LPA, arrange for registration with the Office of the Public Guardian and make the whole process as easy as possible, ensuring that your affairs will always be in trusted hands.

"I write to express our thanks to your consultant, who eloquently, knowledgeably and sensitively lead us through the process. His respect and regard for our home and our feelings was gratefully received. He is a credit to your workforce and we would have no hesitation in recommending him and your service to our friends."
