By becoming a Personal Estate Plan Member you the client will give your family total flexibility in deciding if the Executors wish to wind up the estate under the help and guidance of our specialist probate department, or if they prefer they can hand everything over to us to complete the estate administration at preferential rates, in the knowledge that it cannot be done cheaper elsewhere, thus avoiding huge charges on the estate.
